The Education Committee is planning an Intermediate class for the fall, designed for members who want to achieve a class C license. Please call Ron or Jeff if you are interested in signing up.
The Safety Committee has started the review and revision of the club's safety regulations. This is something we normally do every 5 years, but we've moved it up by two years because of the new regulations recently enacted by the FAA and the Department of Homeland Security. Please contact Todd if you can help with this important effort.
The Social Committee has started planning our annual holiday party, scheduled this year for Saturday evening, December 11. We know it seems early but it will be here before you know it. The club provides the complete dinner, all you will need to bring is a modest present for the club president. Call Barbara Harrison for more information.

Community Outreach

Interested in hosting free balloon rides for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. As part of our club's community outreach activities, we are continuing to offer this important program that enriches the lives of critically ill children. Please call President Dan or Faith Rollins if you are available on the following days to provide 2 hour rides: May 19, June 10, July 21, August 7 and September 18. test
